poor insulationbroken scale
The room lacked proper sound insulation, even late at night. I could clearly hear hallway noise and conversations from adjacent rooms. there was no luggage scale available. The broken scale had apparently been out of service for over a month!

I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the theme parks. it was quite convenient and saved on transportation costs. the pier 8 market offered a variety of dining options. I found something to suit my taste each day. the staff was generally friendly and helpful, especially when i had questions about park hours.
the noise insulation was not great in my room. i could hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, a bit inconvenient.

comfortable bedsconvenient transport
the suite had three comfortable beds so everyone rested well. universal studios transport seemed convenient, and waits for ubers to other places was about five minutes.
smoking areas are to close. smoke drifted towards tower one on the first floor so it was uncomfortable to pass for my daughter who struggles with asthma.

Convenient Stay for Park Adventures

I was grateful for the shuttle service. It offered convenient transport to the parks. The room included floor-to-ceiling windows, I could see the city from there. I found the staff helpful and friendly throughout my stay (even when I needed extra towels).
It reminded me of I was walking a mile, as they are only located on one side of the building.

The hotel featured a good-sized pool with many loungers available . A gift store was located in the lobby area, selling various souvenirs and essentials. Secure parking required a room key for gate access.

A café provided some healthy food choices, and a Starbucks was available on-site. There were varied breakfast and meal options, I found that outside food was permitted in the dining area. Gluten-free options were also offered.

The staff was always friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Early park entry was offered. Cleaning and replenishment of supplies were consistent and efficient.
